Musical Showcase

The grade 2 students will be performing Thursday, June 2 at 7pm. They will be singing two songs to open the concert. Tickets are on sale now and are $5 each.



Students are asked to be at the school at 6:45 that night. We will meet in our classrooms.



Once the grade 2s are done performing they will sit in front of the audience to watch the primary violin performance. After all primary students have performed, there will be a brief break for students to either meet up with their parents in the audience if they are staying for the entire show, leave with their parents or move back to the grade 2 classroom to be picked up. All students must be seated with their parents in the audience or picked up after the primary performance (approximately 7:15).

Musical Showcase

One Thursday, June 2 the Rennie's River school band and violin ensemble will be having a musical showcase at 7:00. This year, all of the grade twos will be included in the concert. The grade twos are asked to meet in the music room on the night of the concert at 6:45 as they will be opening the concert with two songs promptly at 7:00. Students may wish to dress up for their performance, however, there is no specific dress code. If you have an questions or concerns, please feel free to ask me or your Ms. Chafe.

Sunshine Camp

It looks like we are supposed to have sun and 14 degrees tomorrow!!! We will be leaving school at 8:30 to go to Sunshine Camp for the day. Buses will be back to school by 2:30. 

Kangaroo Math

The Rooms

Last month we went to The Rooms to create an art project. While we were there we explored the Art Gallery and even had a pit stop to have a peak at the world's most beautiful view! How lucky!!

School Supplies

We are in desperate need of some school supplies... we are all out of pencils and glue. If possible, please send some extra pencils and glue in with your child.
